General Terms and Conditions.
1) A deposit of 50% of total booking balance to be made within 7 days of reservation to confirm booking.
2) Balance to be paid in full normally within 4 weeks of arrival.
3) Any cancelation will be refunded minus 10% if accommodation is successfully re-let.
4) All accommodation is no-smoking. Ash trays on terraces are provided.
5) At present no pets
6) All electric/water/linin and towels included in price. We do reserve the right to charge a surcharge if unreasonable useage of utilities is incurred.
7) We do have a 10pm 'reasonable noise' policy, for the benefit of all.
8) We do take card details for insurance details, as is normal in the industry.
9) Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
